PREAMBLE - It is important that you are fully acquainted with the prerequisites associated with this application as any deviance from the requirements will serve only to lengthen the approval process. Consideration for the timing of an application in relation to a course delivery schedule is paramount. Registration at the college level will not be granted if the application process and payment of registration fees have not been completed.

We will attempt to provide as much on-line detail as possible regarding course schedules at accredited colleges throughout Canada. This application is designed to facilitate keyboard entry of data to which you will be provided the opportunity to review and make corrections.

DO NOT SUBMIT ANY REGISTRATION FEES UNTIL YOU ARE INSTRUCTED TO DO SO FROM THE NATIONAL ADMINISTRATOR.

ITEMS TO HAVE READY BEFORE YOU BEGIN:
• A detailed resume with work experience and positions dating back a minimum of 8 years
• A scanned copy of a certificate of qualification (see Course prerequisites)
• A scanned copy of a current Food Handlers Certificate
• A scanned copy of an employer's letter confirming your employment positions for the past 5 years

    ​To reduce duplication of your work history please make sure that your soon to be attached resume starts with your last current employer, and work back up to eight years. For proof of employment attach and include letterhead documentation of all employment.
